A bespoke piece of jewellery is the perfect combination of design, gold, diamonds and details. Crafted by hand just for you!
Bespoke jewellery design is a process that allows you to create custom-made pieces of jewellery that are tailored to your specific style & requirements. This process is a collaboration between you and either myself or Anya. We work together with you to bring your vision to life.
The bespoke jewellery design process typically begins with an initial consultation where we will spend time together discussing your ideas and preferences. We encourage you to bring any inspiration you may have and we will also show you our extensive range of designs to inspire your creation. As well as this, we will talk about the different materials and gemstones that can be used in the creation of your piece.
Once the initial consultation is complete, we will typically sketch you a design based on your preferences which will serve as the starting point for the creation of the final piece, this along with a selection of gemstones for your consideration will typically be presented to you at a second consultation for you to review and approve.
Once the design & materials have been confirmed, we will provide you with a costing on the design for your approval. The usual production time is 2-4 weeks.
To start the creation of your bespoke design we will sit with our jeweller & diamond setter to give them a detailed brief of your requirements. Once this design has been made and set we will engage our polisher to finalise the piece and finally our valuer to give a valuation of the piece for you. This can then be used to secure jewellery insurance if you require it. If needed, we can facilitate this for you through our trusted jewellery insurer - Q Report.
Once this has all been completed we will schedule a final consultation with you to present your bespoke Nicholas Haywood Jewellery design to you.
From the initial consultation to the creation of the final piece, the bespoke jewellery designs process involves a careful balance of traditional jewellery-making techniques and expertise, ensuring that the finished product is of the highest quality and reflects your unique vision.
