If a piece is Made to Order it will state this on the product page via a drop down menu. All pieces that don't say Made to Order are available to be shipped or picked up within 1-2 business days.
Made to Order pieces have a 2-3 week production time frame. These pieces are made specifically to your requirements, whether that be ring size, necklace length, metal type and more.
Once you have selected your requirements for the piece in the drop down menu, and placed your order for a Made to Order piece, a member of our team will be in contact with you to let you know an approximate time frame.
We offers complimentary, secure shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post Platinum Express Post, along with personal delivery within the Sydney CBD and Sutherland Shire.
Once your order is placed, a member of our team will personally call you within one business day to confirm your order and delivery details.
For Platinum Express Post, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery. For personalised and custom-made pieces, please allow up to 4 weeks for production. All orders are shipped via Platinum Express Post and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left notifying you to collect your order from your local Australia Post, where a signature will also be required at collection.
For Click & Collect, you can pick up your online order from our Sydney Design Gallery or enjoy the convenience of Kerbside Pick-Up, so you don’t even have to leave your car.
Once your order has been processed, our team will contact you to arrange a collection time and confirm whether you prefer to pick up your order from the Design Gallery or via Kerbside Pick-Up.
Upon pick-up, we will ask to see your driver’s licence or other proof of ID before releasing your order.

NHJC ready to wear jewellery will be accepted for exchange only, within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon inspection, jewellery will be accepted only if returned unworn, in its original condition. Please call us on +61 2 8033 3917 to arrange an exchange. Return postage via platinum express post is at the customers expense. No exchange or refund is available on custom made or personalised jewellery.
We accept payment via CREDIT CARD (Visa & Mastercard), PAYPAL as well as express checkout options including SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY & G PAY. All prices displayed on our web site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
