Made to Order are pieces that are made specifically for you in the size, letter or metal type that you wish.

'Made to Order' pieces have a 4 week production time frame. Once you have placed your order a member from our team will contact you to give you a specific time frame as to when it will be ready. If you wish to know how long a particular piece will take, please feel free to get in touch with our team and we will give you an approximate time frame.

Bespoke jewellery is fully custom-designed from scratch, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your vision. Made-to-order jewellery, on the other hand, is based on an existing design.

Our engagement rings start from $7,000. We will work with in your budget to make your engagement ring dreams come true.

We will happily assist you with designing an engagement ring over the phone, through emails or via whatsapp. We have done many pieces for our interstate clients this way.

We require 3-4 weeks for production on bespoke designs. We will contact you if your piece has been finished sooner than expected.

All NHJC pieces come with complimentary engraving. Please leave a note at checkout or let us know when you arrive in the Design Gallery what you would like engraved on your NHJC piece. Please note that the amount of characters available will differ depending on the piece purchased.

We have physical gift vouchers available to purchase of any value when shopping online or in the Design Gallery.

Alternatively, we can answer any questions you may have, organise a quote for you and facilitate the insurance for you with QReport over the phone or in the Design Gallery.

Yes we generally do, upon inspecting the stones we will let you know which ones will work best with the design. Not all stones may be utilised or sometimes we need to add stones of our own. You are more than welcome to let us know which design you are after or make use of our design services to create a beautiful bespoke piece for you.

We do not have a 'rush order' service, however if you are wanting a piece made quicker than our usual 3-4 week turnaround then we will try our best to assist you with this. Please contact us on (02) 8033 3917 to see if this is possible.

If you have unfortunately lost an earring back, we can source a replacement for you. Please note that this will incur a charge. To arrange this, give us a call on (02) 8033 3917.

We sure do! We recommend you do this 1-2 times per year. The cost is between $120 - $150 per piece depending on the gold type.

We sure do, we like to have a look at the piece under the microscope to assess the damage and then we can quote and advise accordingly as to how to fix it for you.

Yes, we do! However, we will need to assess the ring in person to ensure that resizing does not compromise its integrity. To arrange this, please call (02) 8033 3917 to book an appointment. During your appointment, we will take your ring size, assess the piece, and provide you with a quote before proceeding with the service.
