Our concierge-style service extends well beyond your purchase. At the heart of this commitment is our Signature Services, offered exclusively to all Nicholas Haywood Jewellery clients.
Our ultrasonic cleaning service is a complimentary service completed in our Design Gallery as often as you would like. It uses a commercial ultrasonic machine which utilises high-frequency sound waves to create a cleaning action that removes debris, dirt, and grease from your fine jewellery. This service takes approximately 15 minutes, so it is able to be done while you wait - no appointment needed. We will also check your settings while you are here to ensure they are secure.
After purchasing your Nicholas Haywood Jewellery engagement ring, if the size isn't perfect, we offer complimentary resizing within 12 months of your purchase, valued at $120 per size. Additionally, we'll ensure your ring is photo-ready for your big day by providing a complimentary clean and polish valued up to $150 per ring.
Engraving is complimentary on all eligible Nicholas Haywood Jewellery pieces.
With each bespoke Nicholas Haywood Jewellery creation, we provide an independent valuation for your pieces. This service is valued at $150 per valuation. Your valuation certificate will be included with your purchase.
Everyday wear can take its toll on your fine jewellery, especially constantly worn pieces like engagement and wedding rings. Inevitably, they get dirty; scratches appear in the gold and they generally lose their lustre. As well as this over a long period of time gold on your claws can wear down requiring re-tipping to ensure your stones are secure.
As part of our Signature Service, we offer a complimentary full-service clean, check, and polish for your Nicholas Haywood Jewellery Rings - once a year. This complimentary service is valued up to $150 per ring.
