Once your order is placed, a member of our team will personally call you within one business day to confirm your order and delivery details.

For Platinum Express Post, once shipped, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

All orders are shipped via Platinum Express Post and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left notifying you to collect your order from your local Australia Post, where a signature will also be required at collection5

For Click & Collect, you can pick up your online order from our Sydney Design Gallery or enjoy the convenience of Kerbside Pick-Up, so you don’t even have to leave your car.

Once your order has been processed, our team will contact you to arrange a collection time and confirm whether you prefer to pick up your order from the Design Gallery or via Kerbside Pick-Up.

Upon pick-up, we will ask to see your driver’s licence or other proof of ID before releasing your order.

Ready-to-wear jewellery will be accepted for exchange only, within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon inspection, jewellery will be accepted only if returned unworn, in its original condition. Please call us on (02) 8033 3917 to arrange an exchange. Return postage via Platinum Express Post is at the customers expense. No exchange or refund is available on bespoke, made-to-order or personalised jewellery.
